Nov. 7, 2024 Regular School Board Meeting

Here are the links to the agenda and YouTube video of the meeting.  The school board meetings have been unbelievably short this year.

  • 15:00 FCEA President’s Report

  • 24:48 Secondary Boundaries:  Following a survey of families in the Blanche Sprentz Elem. attendance area and a public forum in October a final policy was arrived at.

  • Note:  BP 0410 and 1312.3 were postponed until the Nov. 21 meeting.

  • 35:30 HS Graduation:  Board member Chris Clark has long been asking that HS graduations be scheduled so board members could attend all 3 ceremonies, currently CHS and VdLHS conflict.  During the discussion questions were asked whether anyone other than the board had expressed interest in this and Saturday graduations were ruled out.  Unclear where this might be going but students, families, and staff will be included in the discussion.
