August 24, 2003 Board Meeting

Here are some items from the August 24th board meeting you might want to watch:

Melanie P. from FMS gave a great example of how you can speak up at board public comments or contact them via email about upcoming compensation bargaining (6:30 min); Jeannette Sansenbach gave the FCEA report (9:00min ) and student rep Matthew Mellijor spoke about counseling ratios at Vista (1 hr 2 min). In fact listening to the board members give their reports at the end of the meeting will give you a sense of where the board is at on a variety of issues of interest.
