tentative agreement with FCUSD

Joint Communication from FCEA and FCUSD

During bargaining on November 8, 2023, the two parties reached a tentative agreement for compensation.


2023-24

  • 2.5% one-time payment (off schedule) based on current salary schedule placement

    • Note: One-time payments calculated before the 4% increase applied

  • 4% ongoing increase to salary schedule retroactive to July 1, 2023

  • Amounts will be prorated for part-time certificated staff who must be in paid status and employed as of November 1, 2023


2024-25

  • 2% ongoing increase to the salary schedule effective July 1, 2024

  • If adopted LCFF COLA meets or exceeds 3.94%, each FCEA bargaining unit member shall receive a 1% one-time payment (off schedule)


Payment dates are to be determined.


FCEA will have a rep council Zoom meeting on Monday, November 13, at 6 p.m. FCEA will schedule an all-member meeting (TBA) prior to membership vote.


This is pending FCUSD Board approval on December 14, 2023
