Please read the bargaining report linked in the top right box. We are close to settling with the district, but have reached a stalemate when it comes to finalizing the % of COLA for compensation for the 26-27 and 27-28 school ears. The report includes ways you can show your support and advocate for yourself and your colleagues. There is a School Board Meeting this Thursday, Sept. 3rd, and the next Bargaining Meeting is Sept 9th. It is a tight turnaround for us to convince the Board and District Management to reconsider their stance from last week.
