Hope you had a great start to the new year and, just as importantly, had a chance to recover from the start of school over the weekend. As issues crop up at sites please start with your site rep or a helpful colleague, but if your concern is not addressed don't "suffer in silence". It is also helpful to take a deep breath and give both yourself and the other people you are around a little extra grace as we all experience the annual growing pains that come with a new school new year.
