Hope you had a great start to the new year and, just as importantly, had a chance to recover from the start of school over the weekend. As issues crop up at sites please start with your site rep or a helpful colleague, but if your concern is not addressed don't "suffer in silence". Reach out to Jeannette or Tracy via the google form linked in the News or email us directly. It is also helpful to take a deep breath and give both yourself and the other people you are around a little extra grace as we all experience the annual growing pains that come with a new school new year.
