Bargaining Report: October 9 2024

A preliminary draft of the evaluation domains will be shared at all faculty/staff meetings on November 7 2024. We will be asking all administrators and certificated staff for feedback. 


We worked on multiple MOUs; however, most will need another meeting to come to completion. 


We are working towards common agreements on multiple MOUs. 

  • The transfer window process

  • Timeline for balancing students in secondary 

  • Minimum days - adding additional days to a total of 10 for the year. 

  • Multiple areas where certificated staff are going above and beyond and how they are adequately compensated for example, teachers working during prep, teachers covering for teachers on leave, in-person assessments, etc.
